WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

At JediMaker we hand make and hand draw every single order. Our artists take a lot of care and spend time to make sure it's done perfectly. Due to the fact that everything is customized, we cannot accept any cancellation requests.

I DO NOT LIKE MY ARTWORK, I WANT A REFUND?

Due to the custom nature of the product, orders are non-refundable We do however offer product revisions if in case a customer is unsatisfied with their illustration.

If merchandise products are received damaged or broken the Company will organize for a replacement product to be sent to you under an accelerated processing time. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with our service provider.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A REVISION OR NEW PRODUCT TO BE SENT TO ME?

Simply email support@jedimaker.com and we will begin the process!

WHAT IF MY PRINTED PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at support@jedimaker.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
